Senior Manager, Fixed Operations (Fleet Asset and Claims Recovery)

Role responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Fixed Operations is responsible for fleet readiness, maintenance strategy, repair quality, damage adjudication, claims recovery, and vendor performance. This role focuses on protecting and recovering asset value throughout the vehicle lifecycle while improving fleet readiness and reducing downtime.

Requirements

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree preferred in relevant fields and at least 8 years of experience in fleet operations or related areas. Leadership experience of 5 years is also required, along with the ability to travel up to 50%.
