Senior HR Business Partner
We have an opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our People & Places (Human Resources) team in Bangalore, India, reporting to the Director, HR Business Partner. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in a global, matrixed environment—shaping people strategies that fuel growth, innovation, and a strong, inclusive culture. Collaborating closely with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Development, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, People Operations) and cross-functional business stakeholders, you will drive data- and AI-informed people decisions, lead complex organizational change, and champion a compelling employee experience that helps every Bloxer do the best work of their career.
You will combine business acumen, data-driven insights, and HR expertise, while ensuring strong regulatory compliance and ethical standards, to deliver impactful outcomes at scale. Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do
- Partner with senior business leaders as a strategic HR advisor to translate business objectives into integrated people plans across workforce planning, org design, talent, and culture
- Lead key people processes for assigned client groups, including performance cycles, talent reviews, succession planning, promotions, and organizational changes
- Use people data, dashboards, and AI-driven insights (e.g., Oracle HCM analytics, HR reporting tools) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and recommend business-focused actions
- Coach managers and leaders on performance management, feedback, difficult conversations, and change leadership, enabling strong, high-performing teams
- Manage complex employee relations matters with a fair, structured, and risk-aware approach, in line with Infoblox policies and local labor laws
- Partner with HR COEs (Talent Development, Total Rewards, DEI, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations) to design, localize, and implement scalable HR programs
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, internal policies, and global HR standards, maintaining audit readiness in partnership with Legal and People Operations
- Leverage AI and digital HR tools (e.g., AskHR chatbot, Oracle HCM, Microsoft 365/Power BI) to streamline workflows and enhance the employee and manager experience
- Translate market trends and workforce analytics into actionable recommendations on talent, internal mobility, organizational effectiveness, and future skills
- Foster a culture of psychological safety, inclusion, and bias-toward-action decision-making, holding yourself and others accountable with transparency and care
Be Prepared — What You Bring
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP partnership with senior leaders in a global, matrixed environment
- Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results across competing priorities
- Strong expertise in employee relations, leadership coaching, organizational development, and change management
- Analytical mindset with experience using HR analytics, dashboards, and AI-enabled insights (e.g., Oracle HCM, survey analytics) to inform decisions
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted, credible relationships across all levels of the organization
- Digital and AI fluency across HR and productivity platforms (Oracle HCM, ServiceNow/AskHR, Microsoft or Google suite)
- Strong knowledge of Indian employment law and HR best practices, with experience ensuring compliance while enabling business agility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, HR AI/IS, Project Management) are a plus
Be Successful — Your Path

Six Months:
- Establish trusted partnerships with senior leaders and become a go-to advisor on people, culture, and organizational topics
- Lead or materially shape performance, talent review, and succession planning cycles for your business areas, leveraging AI-driven insights
- Improve key people metrics (attrition, internal mobility, engagement) through targeted action plans co-created with business leaders
- Partner with HR COEs to localize and implement at least one major HR initiative for India with strong change management
- Deliver at least two process improvements that leverage digital or AI tools to reduce manual HR work and enhance employee experience
One Year:
- Be recognized as a strategic thought partner shaping the long-term people agenda, workforce strategy, and org design for your business areas
- Demonstrate measurable impact on engagement, internal fill rates, regrettable attrition, and succession readiness through sustained programs
- Lead or co-lead multi-country or cross-functional HR initiatives that improve process efficiency, governance, and employee experience at scale
- Embed AI-enabled and data-driven decision-making into day-to-day people processes and mentor HR peers on effective use
- Champion a culture of inclusion and psychological safety with visible improvements in feedback, collaboration, and trust
