The Analyst – Strategy Execution & Commercial Operations plays a critical role in ensuring timely execution of the commercial strategy across MEA. The role drives alignment of initiatives across teams, partners to conduct discovery work, ensures delivery discipline, and supports preparation of executive-level materials including ExCo updates. It acts as a central coordination point to track progress, secure stakeholder buy-in, and ensures all strategic initiatives are delivered to plan, supporting the growth ambitions of the function
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Execution & Initiative Tracking
- Track strategic initiatives across the department
- Maintain visibility on progress, risks, and dependencies
- Proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
- Prioritizes what matters v’s noise
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Build dashboards and reporting to track KPIs and progress
- Provide insights and management narrative from the data / KPI’s
- Prepare regular updates for leadership and governance forums
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting
Financials & Business Planning Support
- Work with Finance on data governance to ensure accuracy and consistency of financials, across all materials
- For commercial department initiatives, support managers to build business cases and validate value creating and ROI for presentation to portfolio committee / Exco
Presentation & Executive Communication
- Prepare high-quality presentations for leadership and ExCo
- Translate complex inputs into clear, structured outputs
Qualifications & Experience
- 1–3 years in strategy, finance, or operations, in the Middle East market
- CAPM / PMP certified
- Financial acumen and data fluency skills, including Excel and BI tools
- Strong PowerPoint, and data presentation skills
- Strong organizational and coordination capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
