Luminate is on a mission to change the way we experience cancer care. We design and build products and services that reduce the financial, physical, and time burdens of cancer treatment. Our programs include enabling cancer care at home and preventing the side effects of anti-cancer therapies, with several active clinical trials around the world.
We’re looking for a Provider Implementation Manager to become the engine behind the growth of our provider network: leading the project management process through which oncology clinics evaluate and adopt Luminate’s value-based care programs.
You will serve as the project lead for new provider relationships, ranging from community oncology clinics to large academic health systems, as they progress from early-stage evaluation through to contract signature. You will attend provider meetings, maintain a clear record of decisions and actions, co-ordinate with internal subject matter experts, Provider Operations, and our Growth team, and ensure that every commitment made to a prospective partner is delivered accurately and on-time.
You do not need prior value-based care or oncology expertise (though advantageous) – we will teach you the subject matter. You do need to be exceptionally well organised, thorough, and comfortable holding colleagues accountable, while also being willing and able to interact with healthcare leaders both externally and internally.
Working at Luminate
This is a key provider-facing hire at a rapidly growing startup. You will have an opportunity to build relationships with oncology healthcare providers and gain first-hand insights into the growth of a start-up.
We offer a highly competitive salary and equity package, a flexible benefits package, alongside a company laptop, headphones, camera and teamwear.
We believe in quality of life in our products and for our people, offering flexible working hours and a generous vacation policy.
What You Will Do:
Manage the lifecycle of new provider partnerships from initial discussions through to final contract signature, including:
Attending, scheduling, and co-ordinating the preparation of partner-specific content for meetings with potential provider partners.
Taking detailed notes of provider partner feedback and requirements and of decisions made and actions assigned during meetings.
Co-ordinating with subject matter experts to ensure alignment on messaging for provider meetings, delivery of responses to partners on time, and to prepare content for meetings with prospects.
Reporting key metrics such as prospects in funnel, conversion rate, and prospect sources into senior management.
Manage and improve our provider partner onboarding process by:
Creating detailed Gantt-chart timelines for provider onboarding, tracking actions such as contract signature, pharmacy procedure alignment, patient screening and IT integration.
Continuously reviewing and improving our structured process for clinic onboarding, including SME engagements, training, financial analyses and data reviews, and identifying internal champions.
Managing resources assigned to partner onboarding to ensure actions are completed and highlighting resource shortages to management.
Tracking action completion and following up to ensure responsiveness to all provider accounts.
Create and maintain a data-driven partner conversion process by:
Working with senior leaders to identify key onboarding metrics such as conversion rates by channel.
Reviewing conversion data to identify aspects of the onboarding funnel where prospects churn.
Creating live dashboards of prospect interactions for each member of the Growth team.
Introducing new systems and tools for identifying and tracking conversions.
