What this opportunity involves:
As a Network Facilities Manager at JLL, you'll lead the delivery of comprehensive facilities services across an allocated portfolio, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction at every touchpoint. This role demands oversight of financial, technical, maintenance, asset and vendor management programs while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders across the business. You'll navigate complex operational landscapes, balancing day-to-day maintenance coordination all while maintaining rigorous health and safety standards. Your ability to engage proactively with occupiers, clients, and internal teams will be critical to ensuring service delivery without introducing financial or tenure risk.
An overview of the role:
- Proactively develop and manage relationships with occupiers and clients to ensure service delivery expectations are exceeded and facilitate seamless works coordination
- Oversee the delivery of customer and property services across a portfolio of buildings, ensuring operational and technical requirements are consistently met
- Conduct comprehensive building inspections and complete associated reports within governance timeframes for your allocated portfolio
- Ensure strict compliance with statutory regulations on mechanical, electrical and fire, health and safety standards, client contract requirements, and all facilities procedures
- Manage and coordinate facilities vendors, overseeing works in conjunction with JLL Projects & Development Services account teams
- Manage work order administration and provide regular updates for your managed portfolio to ensure client KPI’s are achieved.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster an environment that supports teamwork, cooperation, and performance excellence across the portfolio
Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for:
- 2-5 years of proven experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, property management, or related fields
- Strong leadership capabilities with a demonstrated ability to manage and drive operational excellence
- Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities, and vendor management for specialized services
- Understanding of technical property systems including both hard and soft FM services.
- Exceptional customer service focus with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse client staff and demands
- Demonstrated experience with front and back office processes and strong administrative skills, preferably in the facilities management space
- High-level PC literacy with proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems, including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with continuous improvement initiatives and client reporting, with strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities
