The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic vision, financial acumen, and operational expertise to drive efficiency and innovation across MTC’s IT services and office lease management offerings. This role requires a strong leader who can navigate complex regulatory environments, manage cross-functional teams, and foster relationships with diverse stakeholders. MTC supports Federal Agencies Civilian and Department of Defense (DoD), as well as State & Local.Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Business DevelopmentConduct in-depth market analysis in IT and real estate sectors to identify opportunities for growth.Develop and implement strategic plans to expand MTC’s IT service offerings and proposal development process.
