Attraction Ambassador - Eiffel Tower - Part Time (Paris LV)
Eiffel Tower Experience Ambassadors (Operations) are responsible greeting customers and sharing the history of the Las Vegas Eiffel Tower in relation to the original in Paris, France. The ambassador must be comfortable riding in a small elevator for an extended length of time, escorting guests to and from the Viewing Deck. Ambassadors will provide great customer service to ensure the guest experience is enjoyable from start to finish. Ambassadors will be trained in system controls and perform overall audience control.
Eiffel Tower Attraction Team Member Responsibilities
- Adhere to the principles of Safety, Courtesy, and Capacity while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
- Report any guest concerns, incidents, or system-related issues to the Lead or Supervisor during your shift.
- Rotate through various operational areas, including Ticket Validation, Elevator Operations, VIP Entrance, and Viewing Deck assignments.
- Assist with VIP and group guest interactions, providing outstanding customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to create a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for all guests.
- Comply with the Code of Commitment, company policies and procedures, and all applicable industry regulations.
- Remain knowledgeable about property promotions, programs, amenities, attractions, restaurants, and entertainment offerings across Caesars properties.
Elevator Operator Responsibilities
- Deliver a clear, engaging, and memorized presentation about the Eiffel Tower Experience and its comparison to the original Eiffel Tower in Paris.
- Answer guest questions regarding the attraction and surrounding property amenities.
- Respond appropriately to biohazard incidents, including guest illness during elevator rides, following company procedures.
- Engage with guests and recommend attractions, dining, and entertainment options throughout Caesars properties.
Viewing Deck Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate guest counts on the viewing deck, ensuring occupancy does not exceed 96 guests.
- Manage queue lines and organize guest departures, allowing no more than 10 guests per elevator for descent.
- Monitor the anemometer and understand wind-speed limitations to ensure guest comfort and safety.
- If wind speeds exceed 39 mph, initiate procedures to safely clear the viewing deck.
VIP Entrance Responsibilities
- Manage the VIP entrance on the casino level for VIP casino guests and guests requiring assistance, including ADA guests.
- Communicate with the Elevator Operator regarding VIP or assisted guests awaiting access to the viewing deck.
Ticket Validator Responsibilities
- Understand all ticket products and offerings.
- Operate ticket-scanning equipment efficiently and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Serve as an ambassador for both the Eiffel Tower Experience and the property by assisting, directing, and answering guest inquiries.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, a passion for guest satisfaction, and a commitment to providing proactive service.
- Maintain the safety and security of guests, team members, and employees at all times, including securing all decks and platforms during closing procedures.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Possess strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally and courteously with guests, coworkers, management, and the public.
- Must be proficient in the English language.
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct, recognizing the expectations of a highly regulated business environment.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must maintain professional grooming and appearance standards in accordance with company policy.
- Ability to effectively listen, observe, and respond to visual and verbal cues in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of moving quickly and safely throughout high-volume, fast-paced, and potentially noisy work areas.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds as required.
- Ability to stand and remain on duty for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Must be able to work in varying environmental conditions, including exposure to heat, cold, and high winds.
- Comfortable working at elevated heights and in outdoor observation areas.
- Ability to walk, stand, and move continuously for long durations.
- Must wear and maintain the designated attraction uniform in accordance with company standards and appearance guidelines.
