Accountabilities:
- Promote pharmaceutical products to physicians and key healthcare professionals by communicating scientific information, therapeutic benefits, and relevant disease context.
- Build and maintain relationships with medical professionals, opinion leaders, pharmacies, and other strategic customers.
- Plan and execute customer visits according to defined segmentation, frequency, and business priorities.
- Manage territory activities, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports using established company tools and processes.
- Monitor pharmacy activity, including product availability, inventory, and commercialization within the assigned territory.
- Participate in medical congresses and professional events to strengthen networks and support business objectives.
- Maintain and update healthcare professional databases according to business criteria and targeting strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields.
- Previous experience managing sales routes or assigned territories.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Strong planning, organization, and execution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Availability for travel as required.
- Active driver’s license (CNH) required.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-based environment while maintaining productivity and performance goals.
