In this position...
We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Global Integrated Marketing Manager to shape and advance the company’s global business objectives while finding process efficiencies. This role acts as a central strategic catalyst bridging US and regional marketing teams including media partners and strategies, digital and CRM planning, and major technology platforms and partners like Google and Meta.
The successful candidate will lead cross-functional global initiatives across media, brand strategy and performance marketing to maximize the effectiveness and efficiencies of regional marketing plans. You will be responsible for translating broad automotive business goals into actionable, integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand health and eliminate waste. This role requires a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, possesses sharp strategic judgment, influences senior stakeholders without direct authority, and drives measurable business outcomes in a matrixed environment through a cohesive approach to strategic planning, channel activation and measurement.
What you'll do...
• Support the development and execution of the company’s global marketing strategy across markets, audiences, platforms, and business units.
• Translate global marketing priorities into clear cross-channel strategies, recommendations, and action plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve media effectiveness, efficiency, consistency, and innovation across global regions.
• Create common frameworks, investigating tools, tech and AI for cross-regional application.
• Lead day-to-day management of strategic global media partnerships, which may include Google and YouTube, Meta, The Trade Desk, Reddit, Pinterest, and other priority partners.
• Own the development, negotiation support, activation, and tracking of annual Joint Business Plans and strategic partnership commitments.
• Ensure each partnership has clearly defined objectives, deliverables, owners, timelines, performance measures, and business value.
• Align partner opportunities with company marketing priorities rather than allowing platform capabilities to drive the strategy.
• Provide clear strategic direction to global media, creative, and specialist agency partners.
• Build productive relationships with regional marketing and media leaders across North America, Europe, South America, Asia-Pacific, and other priority markets.
• Facilitate the exchange of best practices, successful case studies, research, tools, and learning across markets.
• Identify opportunities to scale global partnerships and capabilities in ways that create measurable value for regional teams.
• Partner with analytics, media, agency, and platform teams to establish clear measures of success for global media initiatives and partnerships.
• Prepare clear, accurate, and concise materials for senior marketing leaders and executive discussions.
• Stay up to date on emerging media trends, consumer behavior, and automotive industry shifts.
You'll have...
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Advertising and practical experience in marketing
• 7 years+ of experience in media, marketing, advertising, digital platforms, agency management, or strategic partnerships. Experience leading agency teams and/or collaborating with agency teams.
• Self-starter capable of operating independently and adapting to dynamic needs.
• Strong understanding of the media ecosystem, including digital media, video, social, programmatic, search, measurement, data, and emerging platforms.
• Strong understanding of the automotive marketing funnel, buyer journey, and dealer networks.
• Experience working with major media platforms, publishers, agencies, or technology partners.
Even better, you may have...
• Demonstrated experience independently leading complex, cross-functional projects.
• Ability to develop strategic recommendations based on business objectives, data, market context, and stakeholder needs.
• Proficiency in data analysis with the ability to distill data to a compelling and actionable plan.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences, including executive leadership..
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder groups.
• Experience preparing materials and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed organization.
