- Lead and supervise daily D-Center manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of machining and welding activities.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of welders, machinists, and operational staff to achieve departmental and business objectives.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and optimal resource utilization.
- Monitor and drive performance against key operational metrics including safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
- Ensure products are manufactured in accordance with engineering specifications, customer requirements, and quality standards.
- Investigate production and quality issues, implement corrective and preventive actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support MRB and rework activities requiring D-Center expertise and resources.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and other continuous improvement programs to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize processes.
- Collaborate closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Planning, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to support operational and business goals.
- Monitor equipment utilization and performance, coordinating with maintenance and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
- Lead safety initiatives, conduct safety briefings, investigate incidents, and ensure compliance with EHS, ISO, and company requirements.
- Support audits, compliance activities, CAPEX projects, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Identify training needs, develop team capabilities, and support succession planning to build a high-performing workforce.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, engagement, and continuous improvement throughout the D-Center organization.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or machining environment.
- Experience in a manufacturing, machining, welding, or industrial production environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and operational execution.
- Knowledge of machining and welding processes and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation.
- Experience leading teams and managing day-to-day production activities.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across functions.
- Knowledge of EHS requirements, quality systems, and manufacturing best practices.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience in valve manufacturing, oil & gas, machining, welding, or heavy industrial manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Continuous Improvement, and operational excellence methodologies.
- Experience leading CAPEX projects, equipment upgrades, or process improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with ISO quality systems and manufacturing compliance requirements.
- Experience developing teams and leading employee engagement initiatives.
- Knowledge of Fisher valve products and manufacturing processes.
