Founded in 2015, the company serves a collection of seven world-class owned venues and a client roster of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, spanning four continents.  Position Summary The Concessions Worker duties may include but are not limited to preparing concession items and pouring beverages for guests, ensuring quality of food presentation, operating the point of sale system, cleaning, and performing other duties as assigned. Must be able to maintain excellent attendance in accordance with the attendance policy. This role will pay an hourly wage of $16.00-$17.00 and is tip eligible. Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching. This position will remain open until October 16, 2026. Responsibilities Courteously greets and assists guestsTakes food orders and serves guestsPrepares and builds food items according to standardized recipes and directionsProperly stores food by applying food safety policies and proceduresSets up workstations including prep tables, service counters, hot wells, steam tables, etc.Breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes workstations.Serves food to guests while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating the guests' needs.Replenishes food items and ensures product is stocked to appropriate levelsMaintains excellent service, positive demeanor, friendly, efficient, and positive service towards guests, clients, co-workers, etc.Adheres to OVG safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitationEnsures security of company assetsResponsible for running a cash register and collecting payment for sale from guestsMaintains and implements the OVG alcohol policyOther duties and tasks as assigned by manager Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferredThree or more months’ experience in food service industry preferredPrevious cash handling experience preferredAbility to learn to handle cash and learn to operate a cash register and corresponding systemExcellent interpersonal skills & a friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, managers, volunteers & guests Strengthened by our Differences.
