Accountabilities:

    As Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Monetisation, you will own initiatives that increase awareness, adoption, and engagement with premium products through impactful lifecycle programs. You will combine campaign strategy, execution, experimentation, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver measurable revenue outcomes.

    • Lead the transition from standalone upsell campaigns to automated, personalised lifecycle programs powered by next-best-action strategies.
    • Build and scale repeatable workflows for launching new products and features into evergreen adoption programs.
    • Develop and launch mid-funnel lifecycle campaigns that increase awareness and adoption of key product capabilities.
    • Partner with creative teams to develop high-performing campaign assets, messaging frameworks, and upsell experiences.
    • Manage end-to-end campaign development, from briefing and execution through measurement and optimisation.
    • Support migration and improvement of lifecycle content across marketing technology platforms and internal systems.
    • Run experiments, analyse campaign performance, and apply insights to continuously improve engagement and conversion.
    • Own messaging calendars, campaign backlogs, and prioritisation across multiple stakeholder groups.
    • Coach and support team members, helping to improve collaboration, execution quality, and marketing effectiveness.
    • Create lifecycle programs that educate users, increase product value, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
    • Requirements:

      You are an experienced lifecycle marketer with a strong understanding of owned channels, user engagement, and revenue-focused marketing strategies. You combine analytical thinking with creativity and are comfortable managing complex campaigns across global audiences.

      • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or growth marketing roles focused on driving user engagement and revenue outcomes.
      • Proven experience building and optimising multi-channel campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, or similar owned channels.
      • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, with Braze experience considered a strong advantage.
      • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data, identify insights, and translate findings into action.
      • Experience developing testing frameworks and using experimentation to improve campaign effectiveness.
      • Proven ability to manage messaging calendars, project backlogs, and competing priorities across multiple teams.
      • Experience working with global user audiences and creating scalable marketing programs across different markets.
      • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with creative teams, influence stakeholders, and mentor colleagues.
      • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to create messaging that delivers value and builds meaningful user relationships.
