As a Doorman, you’re not just welcoming guests at the entrance – you’re creating exceptional first impressions, assisting guests throughout their arrival and departure experience, and spreading the light and warmth of hospitality through every interaction.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Welcome and assist guests: Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly and professional manner, opening doors and offering assistance as needed

• Create memorable first impressions: Provide a warm welcome and maintain a visible, professional presence at the hotel entrance

• Assist with guest arrivals and departures: Coordinate with the Bell Team and Front Office to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience

• Manage traffic flow: Assist with vehicle and pedestrian traffic at the hotel entrance, ensuring safety and efficiency at all times

• Support transportation services: Assist guests with taxis, private transfers, and other transportation arrangements as required

• Provide local information: Offer directions and general information about the hotel, local attractions, and nearby facilities

• Maintain entrance standards: Ensure the hotel entrance, driveway, and surrounding areas are clean, presentable, and aligned with hotel standards
