Keep updated the employee’s daily attendance records.
Process the employees worked hours on time.
Coordination with supervisors/managers of any attendance issue or special work schedule.
Strong communication with Payroll department of any pay omission or special payment.
Administration of employee’s food card (new hires).
Education: Background education in Personnel Administration.
Special knowledge & skills:
Personnel administration systems (TRESS)
- Languages: English 50%.
- Minimum Experience: 1+ years in similar position.
