The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is growing rapidly and is seeking a new member to join the Collective Investment Trust Admin team. As a Specialist, you will be responsible for administrative servicing requirements for Collective Investment Trust funds.
What you will do:
- You will be a subject matter expert for specific Collective Investment Trust functions with respect to investor on-boarding.
- You will be responsible for the on-boarding of all investors into any of our CITs and addressing questions / issues that arise during that process.
- You may be tasked with developing processes to improve the onboarding process for future investors.
- You will be responsible for communicating directly with external stakeholders, including recordkeepers, advisors, consultants, and plan sponsors.
- You will provide additional support for certain CIT relationships as needed.
- You will communicate with appropriate internal teams or client teams to resolve open issues and questions, reaching out to internal technology support and vendor support when necessary to resolve any production issues or system support queries.
- You will manage daily activities associated with collective funds; including but not limited to new account openings, administrative support, and operational setups, which includes communication with external third-parties and clients.

What we need from you:
- BA / BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent experience.
- Collective Investment Trust experience preferred.
- Minimum 2 years experience in any of the following fields: Investor Services, On-Boarding, Collective Trust Funds, Client Service, Retirement Plan Administration, trust and/or fund administration is preferred.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Self-motivation and drive to monitor multiple client deliverables without sacrificing excellence or quality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills as you will primarily support your clients through email and/or phone calls.
- Detailed oriented and the ability to work independently or with team members to meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer service skills as you will be communicating daily with internal and external clients.
