Accountabilities
- Embed within teams to map and analyze existing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and quality gaps
- Redesign processes with AI at the core, using tools such as Claude, OpenAI Codex, and automation platforms like n8n or similar workflow builders
- Build and implement practical solutions such as AI agents, prompt libraries, automation flows, and reusable workflow playbooks
- Drive adoption of new ways of working through hands-on coaching, training, and continuous support to ensure real usage (not just pilots)
- Measure impact of transformations using key operational metrics such as time saved, cycle time reduction, cost efficiency, and productivity improvements
- Translate successful workflows into reusable frameworks and playbooks that can be scaled across other teams and business units
- Support onboarding of newly acquired or newly integrated teams by setting up AI-enabled workflows from day one
- 4–5+ years of professional experience in operations, product, consulting, customer success, project management, or similar roles
- Strong hands-on experience using modern AI tools such as Claude or OpenAI Codex in real day-to-day work
- Ability to break down complex workflows into structured, automatable steps and design AI-enabled systems around them
- Practical experience building automations, prompt systems, or lightweight agents using tools like n8n or equivalent platforms
- Strong change management skills with a proven ability to drive adoption of new tools and ways of working within teams
- High agency mindset: proactive, self-directed, and comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple, practical terms
- Fluent English required; additional technical curiosity and willingness to learn hands-on tooling is essential
