Support the execution, monitoring, and optimization of paid social acquisition campaigns, contributing to performance goals (leads, conversions, CAC, ROAS) through data analysis, reporting, and operational campaign management.
Assist in the setup and management of campaigns in Google.
Monitor daily and weekly campaign performance (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate).
Build and maintain performance reports using Excel, highlighting key insights and trends.
Analyze campaign data to identify optimization opportunities (audiences, creatives, budget allocation).
Support A/B testing initiatives across audiences, copy, and creative formats.
Coordinate with creative teams to ensure timely implementation of assets.
Track budget pacing and ensure alignment with monthly investment plans
• Experience in Google paid media tool (It’s a plus)
• Understanding of key digital marketing metrics: CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPC,CPV , Average view time.
Conversion funnel fundamentals Pixel and event tracking basics (Google Tag Manager basic knowledge)
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including:
Pivot tables Lookup functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
IF statements and SUMIFS / Data cleaning and performance analysis
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (professional written and verbal communication).
