How you create impact

  • Lead the end-to-end tender management process, acting as project manager to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers to define strategies, align stakeholders and translate customer needs into winning solutions.
  • Support the development of competitive pricing structures in coordination with pricing teams.
  • Contribute to business growth by identifying value-added solutions and supporting strategic global accounts.
  • Conduct post-tender reviews to identify improvements and strengthen future performance.
  • Ensure a smooth handover from tender to implementation, maintaining alignment with customer expectations.
  • Orchestrate and deliver business reviews (MBR, QBR, YBR) to strengthen client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
  • Promote best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across teams.
  • Act as a key interface between sales, customer experience, supply chain design and other stakeholders.

What we would like you to bring

  • 2–5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain environments.
  • Experience in tender management, pricing or operational excellence roles.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and logistics operations.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate cross-functional and international stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with a commercial and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to apply consultative selling approaches and translate customer needs into solutions.
  • Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus depending on location).
  • University degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering or related fields.
