Accountabilities:
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing bugs, improvements, technical debt, and strategic initiatives.
- Define priorities and support roadmap development to ensure continuous product evolution.
- Act as the connection point between Support, Customer Success, Commercial, and Development teams.
- Translate customer needs and business requirements into clear specifications for development teams.
- Write product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide delivery.
- Ensure product releases meet quality standards, stability expectations, and user experience goals.
- Monitor product performance indicators, quality metrics, and operational results.
- Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous optimization initiatives.
- Manage product incidents, bugs, and enhancement requests while ensuring effective resolution.
- Communicate priorities, progress, and product decisions clearly to stakeholders.
- Support agile practices and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or similar roles.
- Experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs using frameworks such as RICE, MoSCoW, or similar methodologies.
- Experience managing product roadmaps and sustaining software products.
- Knowledge of product metrics such as NPS, SLA, churn, and performance indicators.
- Experience writing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and/or Kanban.
- Experience managing bugs, incidents, and continuous improvement processes.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to support product decisions.
- Familiarity with payroll, tax, accounting, or business management software solutions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of labor legislation or tax regulations.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Zendesk, Confluence, or Notion.
