Accountabilities:

    As a Senior Account Director, Enterprise, you will drive new business growth by managing strategic enterprise opportunities and developing long-term executive partnerships. You will lead complex sales engagements, create account strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful outcomes for large-scale customers.

    • Prospect, qualify, develop, and close new enterprise opportunities within strategic accounts, focusing on organizations with significant revenue potential.
    • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives, including CFOs, CPOs, CIOs, and other key business stakeholders.
    • Develop and execute strategic account plans that identify business challenges, buying motivations, stakeholders, and growth opportunities.
    • Lead complex, consultative sales cycles, guiding customers through digital transformation initiatives and business value discussions.
    • Partner with Solutions Consulting, Value Engineering, Account Development, and other internal teams to create winning technical and commercial strategies.
    • Develop compelling ROI and total cost of ownership (TCO) business cases that demonstrate measurable customer value.
    • Manage forecasting, pipeline development, sales activity, and opportunity progression with strong operational discipline.
    • Leverage industry relationships, partnerships, and networks to create new opportunities and accelerate growth.
    • Apply structured enterprise sales methodologies to improve execution, predictability, and customer outcomes.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an accomplished enterprise software sales professional with a proven ability to close complex, high-value technology deals. You bring strong executive presence, strategic account management skills, and deep experience navigating lengthy enterprise buying processes.

      • Proven track record of exceeding quota in B2B enterprise SaaS sales environments.
      • Demonstrated success selling complex software platforms to large organizations, including companies with $1B+ in annual revenue.
      • Experience managing long, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and significant investment decisions.
      • Strong understanding of procurement, supply chain, finance operations, or related enterprise business functions.
      • Ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives and influence strategic business decisions.
      • Established network of industry contacts, strategic partners, and enterprise customer relationships.
      • Strong account planning, opportunity management, and sales execution skills.
      • Experience using enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message.
      • Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
      • Highly organized, results-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
      • Benefits:

        • Competitive base salary range of $150,000 - $170,000 annually.
        • On-target earnings (OTE) opportunity of $300,000 - $340,000 with a 50/50 compensation mix.
