Accountabilities:
- Process, track, and coordinate equipment orders, procurement activities, logistics movements, and proof of delivery documentation.
- Maintain accurate physical and system-based inventory records for critical spare assets and ensure regular reconciliation.
- Coordinate vendor activities, including repair timelines, replenishment schedules, and Return Material Authorizations (RMAs).
- Monitor vendor performance, warranty coverage, entitlement compliance, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and stakeholders by providing updates on equipment availability and resolution timelines.
- Generate operational reports, analyze inventory trends, and provide visibility into compliance and performance metrics.
- Support asset lifecycle management through forecasting, planning, staging, and tracking of critical equipment programs.
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous network availability and customer service objectives.
- Participate in shift schedules and/or on-call rotations when required to support 24/7 operational coverage.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or a related field.
- Experience with inventory tracking, order management, and vendor coordination preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with MRP or WMS systems preferred.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to provide timely and accurate updates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing operational requirements.
- Competitive annual salary range based on location, skills, experience, and qualifications:
- $41,310 - $54,570 annually in selected states.
- $42,975 - $57,299 annually in selected states.
