The Position
Role serves through accelerated inclusion of Roche Innovations in Government & Public Accounts formularies thereby providing timely & faster access to Government beneficiaries.
- End to End tender Management involving Pre & Post tender Process including participation in Prebid, Technical & commercial bid Meetings with necessary documentation to interact with Tender Committee, Negotiation Meeting & Closure.
- In sighting & information around upcoming tenders including supplementary tender to spot opportunities for Roche innovation, including competitive landscape & representations.
- Formulary inclusions, Rate Agreements & Rate contracts Closure of Public accounts & payer’s including Rate enquiry, MMF Shaping & local Purchase Process management Modalities.
- Liaison with account stakeholders, Institutional distributors, Service providers etc for complete order to payment cycle including claim settlements. Also includes order validation, stamping decisions.
- Inspire Public Account Stakeholders like Medical Superintendent, Medical Commissioner, HODs, Top TAEs & other Government officials on Roche Vision, Innovation & Service offerings.
- Complete understanding of Account Stakeholders, DMU Profiling , Decision making tree as well as Planning & execution of targeted intervention
- Complete understanding of Patient journey mapping of beneficiary account to prioritize leverage points for Maximizing Roche Innovations.
- Guidance & in sighting to state teams on leveraging Inclusions through targeted interventions like Panel hospital network, Account dynamics, File Approval process oversight etc.
- To understand account specific hurdles to Roche Innovations & co create solutions with Stakeholders to develop relevant Value proposition.
- Be the part of high impact state projects & help contributing defining Project Scope, KPIs, Milestones & delivering project accountabilities assigned.
- Provide insights & inputs to Launch excellence team on Formulary inclusions process of various reimbursement bodies, inclusion timelines, Documents needed as well as preparation of Value dossier to be in warded to relevant authorities.
- Projection, forecasting & inventory management of public accounts, provide key insights to State team on Business Planning & execution.

Eligibility Criteria (Qualification and Experience)
- Graduate in Science & B.Pharma
- Strong understanding of Public Accounts & Healthcare Ecosystem
- Minimum 2 Years experience of End to End Public Account Management
- Minimum 2 years of Oncology Experience
- Overall industry experience of Minimum 5 Years
- Good Communication Skills.
- Understanding of Oncology Market
- Open to relocation
Eligibility Criteria (Qualification and Experience)
- Educational Qualification - Must Meet: Science Graduate/B.Pharma;
- Educational Qualification - Optional: MBA equivalent;
- Overall Work Exp: 6+ years in customer facing role.
- Relevant Work Exp: 4+ years in reimbursement market
