Are you in?Your RoleKey responsibilities in your new roleEngage and represent: You drive the communication for digitalization, e.g. development and implementation of communication strategies, creation of materials, first-level support, maintenance of the intranet page.Convince with words: You create presentations and other materials for top management meetings and communication channelsExperience project management: You support digitalization activities in dedicated projects, e.g. requirement collectionExercise organizational talent: You organize various events, e.g. internal yearly conferences.Keep the overview: You update and prepare regular reports to support decision making, e.g. budget decisionsYour ProfileQualifications and skills to help you succeedStudy field: You are an advanced bachelors student or you are currently enrolled in your master studies in business administration, communication studies or a similar fieldExperience: You already gained relevant work experience, preferably in the fields of communicationWay of working: You are self-driven and comfortable with a high degree of freedom while executing tasks. You show a creative mindset thinking out of the box and are always eager to try out new conceptsPersonality: You are enthusiastic, show entrepreneurial spirit and have strong interpersonal skills, as well as strong ability to communicateSkills: You possess very good Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint, and you have a good level of visualization skillsLanguage skills: You have a great command of English skills, both written and spoken. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave.
