We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to support a UK-based employer in their sales team, providing a South African professional with the opportunity to utilise their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be working closely with the hiring manager to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.

Key Responsibilities


• Make outbound phone calls to potential clients using automated dialling systems

• Leave voicemails and follow up on leads to generate interest in the company's products or services

• Use a provided script to guide conversations and ensure a consistent sales approach

• Book meetings with key decision-makers at potential client companies

• Utilise automated systems to track and manage leads, including recording call outcomes and updating the sales database

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, including the number of calls made and meetings booked

• Collaborate with the hiring manager to refine the sales strategy and improve results

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Relevant years' experience in sales or a related field

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills

• Confidence using tools such as automated dialling systems and CRM software

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• High attention to detail and a proactive approach

• Previous experience working with UK clients or companies is advantageous

• Access to a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment
