As an Executive Office Assistant, you’re not just providing administrative and operational support to hotel leadership – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Ensure brand compliance: Regularly review hotel brand standards and assist leadership in maintaining consistency across operations
- Support content development: Prepare communications, presentations, and financial reports on behalf of hotel leadership
- Manage correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, printed materials, and department email inboxes
- Welcome and assist visitors: Greet guests and team members professionally and handle requests with efficiency
- Keep the office running smoothly: Maintain inventory, ensure functional equipment, and organize files with care
