Role Summary / Purpose

The Solution Delivery Manager, Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of the TPRM program and related solutions across the Risk & Compliance program portfolio. The role leads structured delivery across concurrent workstreams and owns the operating rhythm and TPRM PMO communications for the various project teams and stakeholders. It ensures deliverables are produced on time, in scope, and with clear visibility to leadership.

This role is the delivery engine of the team. This role owns the project teams’ operating rhythm, executive project reporting, and delivery stakeholder management to translate program priorities into structured delivery plans and predictable execution. This role is the early-warning system for risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID) across the project portfolio and owns the development and execution of the TPRM PMO communications plan. It partners closely with Change Management and Communications, who own change strategy, training, and audience-facing content, to align on timing, sequencing, and integration of external communications with the delivery plan.

Key Responsibilities

Program Delivery and Execution

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of risk and compliance initiatives, including TPRM, from intake through post-deployment stabilization.
  • Establish and maintain integrated delivery plans, milestones, release cycles, and cross-workstream dependencies across concurrent projects.
  • Translate program priorities into structured delivery plans, sequenced work, and predictable execution cadences.
  • Partner with various key stakeholders, including Procurement, Supply Chain, Customer Account Management, Finance, Internal Audit (GIA), Information Technology (GIS), and others to align delivery scope, sequencing, and quality expectations.
  • Hold internal teams, vendors, and systems integrators accountable to schedule, scope, and quality commitments.
  • Capture lessons learned across workstreams and translate them into repeatable delivery playbooks for future rollouts.

Program Governance and Operating Rhythm

  • Partner with the Solutions PMO and Governance body to implement org-wide execution methodologies and cadences.
  • Set the operating rhythm for the TPRM project teams, including cadences, agendas, decision logs, action tracking, and follow-through.
  • Own RAID management across the project portfolio; proactively surface risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies to leadership with recommended actions.
  • Support Steering Committee and executive forums with decision packaging, pre-reads, and follow-through on decisions and action items.
  • Enforce delivery standards, tooling, and quality gates across workstreams.

Executive Reporting & Delivery Stakeholder Management

  • Produce executive-ready project reporting that give leadership decision-ready visibility into delivery progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Maintain a clear line of sight to delivery health across concurrent workstreams and communicate status with a consistent, disciplined cadence.
  • Identify and manage alignment across delivery stakeholders; ensuring to coordinate cross-pillar communication so that concurrent initiatives land without defaulting coordination and reporting back to leadership.

Internal TPRM PMO Communications

  • Develop and execute the TPRM PMO communications plan, including status updates, executive readouts, cross-pillar syncs, and internal delivery announcements.
  • Own the cadence, quality, and consistency of internal PMO communications across the TPRM program and Risk & Compliance portfolio.
  • Ensure delivery decisions, changes in scope, and milestone shifts are communicated clearly, promptly, and to the right audiences.
  • Partner with Change Management and Communications, who own change strategy, training, and audience-facing content, to align on timing, sequencing, and integration of external communications with the delivery plan.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 5+ years in program/project management, PMO, or project delivery management experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional transformation initiatives.
  • Proven RAID / risk-and-dependency management and ownership of an operating rhythm
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Agile, Kanban, and traditional project delivery methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CAPM, PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent program or project management certification.
  • Experience in procurement, risk, compliance, supply chain, or regulated industry environments.
  • Proficiency with project and collaboration tooling (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, JIRA Align, Trello, Planner, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Miro).
  • Experience working within a formal PMO or Solution Delivery function at an enterprise scale.

Key Skills / Competencies

  • Delivery leadership. Structured leadership across concurrent workstreams, with disciplined focus on scope, schedule, quality, and predictable execution.
  • Program Governance & RAID Discipline. Operating-rhythm design, proactive RAID management, decision packaging, and structured escalation within formal PMO frameworks.
  • Executive Communication & PMO Reporting. Executive-ready reporting and storytelling with data, distilling complex multi-workstream status into clear, decision-ready insights.
  • Stakeholder Management. Delivery stakeholder management and cross-functional influence without authority.
  • Personal Effectiveness. Organized, calm under pressure, bias for action and follow-through, with a coaching mindset that raises delivery discipline across teams.
