Position Summary
The Restaurant Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service while creating a welcoming and engaging dining experience for guests. This position prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintains bar operations, and supports restaurant service standards. The Restaurant Bartender combines beverage expertise, hospitality, and attention to detail to ensure every guest receives outstanding service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role pays an hourly rate of $18.90 and is tip eligible. Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching. This position will remain open until September 25, 2026.

The hospitality operation features a diverse portfolio of dining experiences, including a multi-concept café, a modern luxury restaurant, a licensed Starbucks location, and a robust special events catering program. The team is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences through outstanding food, service, and hospitality within one of the nation's premier cultural destinations.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, specialty beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and presentation standards.Provide attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service to guests seated at the bar and within designated service areas.Make menu and beverage recommendations and answer guest questions regarding food and drink offerings.Verify guest age and comply with all responsible alcohol service laws and regulations.Accurately enter orders and process transactions using the point-of-sale system.Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the bar area at all times.Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies throughout service.Monitor inventory levels and communicate product needs to supervisors.Collaborate with servers, hosts, culinary staff, and management to ensure seamless guest experiences.Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.Follow all food safety, sanitation, health, and workplace safety standards.Complete opening, closing, and side-work duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant, hotel, resort, lounge, or hospitality environment preferred.Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques.Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Basic math, cash handling, and POS system experience.Alcohol service certification required or ability to obtain it upon hire.Food handler certification...
