Build differentiated incentive mechanisms to continuously increase the penetration rate of value-added benefits and overall platform retention.In-App Campaign Planning & Execution: Centered around business growth and feature launch schedules, lead the design, resource coordination, and post-evaluation of in-app operational campaigns. Take full ownership of the ultimate conversion metrics.Loyalty Points System Design & Lean Operations: Expand the gameplay mechanics and application scenarios of the in-app points system. Continuously optimize the issuance and redemption loops to achieve efficient resource allocation and cost optimization.Data-Driven Collaboration & Agile Iteration: Work closely with data analysts to accurately translate business requirements into user tagging and data extraction logic. Lead agile data reviews and rolling iterations after strategies are launched.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree or above. Majors in STEM, Business, Marketing, or E-commerce are preferred.Language Skills: Fluent in both Mandarin and English; comfortable working in a globalized office environment.Core Mindset: Exceptional logical thinking and data sensitivity. Proven ability to translate data insights into definitive operational strategies and localized, multilingual outreach copy.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excellent cross-departmental teamwork skills.
