Market&Vehicle Programmer, FoE

Join Ford of Europe's planning team, where you'll help shape the sales forecasting and production planning process for one of our vehicle lines and markets. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, balancing market demand, capacity, and profitability to drive smart, data-informed volume decisions. It's a great opportunity to gain broad exposure to how a global automaker plans and delivers vehicles across European markets.

• Fully responsible of the sales forecasting and production planning processes for a non complex vehicle line (i.e Capri, Explorer), and markets (non-channel) and sales mix input for a non Big 5 market for all models.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of the sales requirements for responsible market(s) and models to support the Ford of Europe Production planning process
• Participate and play active role in monthly Ford of Europe senior management reviews.
• Support the monthly European production programme development process with developing monthly volume allocations for responsible model line considering market requirements, capacities, European profitability, business development and share objectives.
• Maintain Production planning system with completing vehicle and entity maintenance on a timely basis.

• Bachelor’s degree
• Numeracy and Systemic Thinking 
• Excellent communication skills, ability to step up in meetings with senior managers
• Able to work under - deadline driven - pressure
• Prior experience in an analytical / data driven environment is desirable
• Advanced MS Excel skills 
• VBA, Data management experience is an advantage
• Confident English
