Position Summary:

In this role, you will lead lifecycle service operations for instrumentation solutions across Poland, the Baltics, and with future scope to support Ukraine. You will be responsible for guiding a distributed team of service engineers and ensuring high-quality delivery, operational excellence, and strong customer engagement.You will collaborate closely with regional teams, customers, and internal stakeholders, making in-person interaction important to success in this role. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by driving performance, strengthening customer partnerships, and contributing to the continued growth of Emerson’s services business.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Lead and support instrumentation service operations, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to quality expectations
  • Drive service business performance, including profitability, utilization, forecasting accuracy, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with regional and local teams to align service strategies, optimize execution, and improve operational efficiency
  • Support the development and execution of lifecycle services strategies and identify growth opportunities within the installed base
  • Ensure accurate reporting, opportunity tracking, and timely preparation of proposals and service documentation
  • Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement in all service activities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and strengthen long-term relationships
  • Lead, coach, and support service engineers, fostering professional growth, technical capability, and engagement
  • Ensure team members have the necessary tools, training, and certifications to perform effectively
  • Address and resolve customer concerns related to field service activities in a timely and professional manner
  • Contribute to strategic planning and support key initiatives at the country and regional levels

  • Proven experience in service, engineering, or project environments within instrumentation, automation, or industrial technologies
  • Ability to lead or coordinate teams in a multicultural and geographically distributed environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on execution and results
  • Fluency in both Polish and English (written and spoken), enabling effective collaboration with customers and European teams
  • Willingness and ability to work from the Warsaw office on a regular basis
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance standards
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
  • A degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Experience in lifecycle services, field service management, or technical support within instrumentation or control systems
  • Background in both operational and commercial aspects of service delivery
  • Familiarity with service performance metrics such as utilization, service profitability, and customer satisfaction
  • Experience working in regional or international environments, particularly across Central and Eastern Europe or the Baltics
  • Additional European language skills
  • Exposure to continuous improvement practices or project management methodologies
