Job Responsibilities

Mission / Purpose: To provide HR expertise and influence decision making through development and delivery of meaningful people related management information to support the management team in achieving their key business objectives.

Magnitude: Western Australia

Strategic HR & Business Partnering 

  • Work with the management team to identify and plan for talent needs and continuously upgrade the talent hired into the organisation. 
  • Explore recruitment channels with the internal Global Talent team to improve talent acquisition efficiency and manage the end-to-end recruitment process to hire the right people for the right position. 
  • Drive the annual Performance Review process in line with company guidelines through Planning, Interim Review and Final Evaluation. 
  • Conduct salary review and bonus process ensuring adherence to process and budget, including yearly benchmarking of roles. 
  • Lead and drive HR policy development and implementation; update HR policy and procedure to meet local legislative and organisational requirements. 
  • Work closely with the management team to identify key positions and talent, and build succession plans to ensure an efficient talent pipeline for the expanding business

 

Job Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills.
  • +5 years’ experience in a HR business partner role
  • Degree qualified in Human Resources Management or Business related plus
  • Strong organizational and communication ability
  • Decision Making - High levels of autonomy
  • Experience managing relationships, projects, and delegating assignments (when appropriate)

Experience effectively managing conflict and mediating to obtain neutral results
