The Value Realization workstream partners with the VA to measure, track, and maximize the value of the Federal EHR. The team uses a data-driven approach to establish baselines, monitor key metrics, and identify performance improvement opportunities before and after go-live.
Key activities include:
- Baselines & Benchmarking: Creating site-specific metrics plans aligned to VA targets to support readiness, adoption, and return-to-productivity goals.
- Metrics Monitoring: Providing real-time insights, improvement recommendations, and training on Oracle Health reporting tools to sustain site performance.
- VITAL Program: Delivering advanced analytics and problem-solving training to empower sites in driving continuous, data-driven improvement post-go-live.
Through close collaboration with VA stakeholders and other Oracle Health workstreams, the team helps quantify the benefits of system changes, craft value narratives, and ensure each site can sustain long-term improvements and realize the full value of the Federal EHR.
The Lead Federal Project Manager role is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and oversight of projects within the Value Realization workstream that align with client objectives, improve outcomes, and drive measurable impact for the VA’s healthcare transformation. This position requires expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and healthcare system optimization. Work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams to ensure the seamless integration of value-driven approaches into the EHRM program. Lead project initiation, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and closure for value realization initiatives, ensuring alignment with VA EHRM program goals. Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics to measure and achieve desired outcomes. Drive collaboration across service lines to integrate Value Realization into broader project and program efforts.
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience relevant to this position including 4 years of consulting experience.
- Prior team leadership or management experience preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to build rapport with team members and clients.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Familiarity with VA operations, healthcare delivery, and/or federal reporting requirements
- Certification in project management preferred (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma)
- Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
- Due to the client contract, you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
