Lead Guest Experience Associate

As the Lead Guest Experience Associate, you will be the first impression and first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. The Guest Services Specialists plays a crucial role in creating a memorable, elevated, and professional interaction with everyone who steps into the workplace. The ideal candidate will handle phone calls, greeting guests, administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
Booking and managing the day-to-day experience of conference rooms, visitor offices and MPR spaces
Awareness of all arriving clients, candidates, visiting employees and guests to ensure a smooth arrival experience
Providing an elevated experience with proactive & engaged communication, sense of urgency, and collaboration
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
Experience working in a corporate or legal environment
Experience partnering with facilities, catering and AV teams to ensure meetings and offices are set up properly
Ability to use support high volume of communication via – email, teams, and in person.
Comfortable with a role that is not static behind a reception desk but moving around the workplace
Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time
The Compensation range for this role is 31.00 to 36.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
