About the Role
Do you love working with people? Are you a process guru? We’re looking for someone who is solution-minded, creative, detail-obsessed, and collaborative to join our Client Operations team. You will support our clients -- the top fashion brands and retailers in the industry -- to deliver outfitting across their e-commerce and in-store experiences. This is a partially client-facing role, responsible for successfully executing on client needs. You will need to bring new ideas to the table and see the big picture, but also run your projects smoothly and on time. You will communicate and work closely with the broader team as well, so dependability is a must. As a bonus, the work you do has a real impact on the industry and will be seen by tens of millions of people daily!
Please note that this is a full-time, temporary position with an initial one-year term. There is the potential for the role to be extended based on business needs and performance.
What You Will Do
Lead client projects to ensure successful and on-time launches
Deliver an exceptional level of program support to clients
Develop and deploy initiatives to continuously improve the Client Operations process, workflow, and communication
Oversee all styling programs for clients and help to improve and expand their impact
Communicate and collaborate effectively with the Client Success, Styling, Image Editing, and Integration teams to define and meet client requirements
Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to ensure clients are optimizing our latest features and products.
Create and manage documentation for clients to organize processes
Oversee image editing quality and delivery for clients
Monitor feed-related integration for your clients to ensure accuracy of product catalogs
Responsible for recording and reporting daily, weekly and monthly data and analyzing results to monitor the completion of client requests
Translate client requests into internal briefs to initiate projects
Maintain a level of excellence across documentation, organization, requirement-gathering, and delivery
Participate in developing new business strategies and experiences for clients
Support and educate broader teams within the company relating to Styling, Image Editing, and Integration processes and best practices
Must-Have Qualifications
BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university
1-4 years experience supporting clients or within operations
Ability to lead projects with detailed requirements and meet tight deadlines
Multi-tasker who proactively seeks out opportunities to support the team
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Solution-oriented and analytics-minded
You have a leader mindset: someone flexible and who prioritizes continuous improvement
Someone who sees themself working day to day in an environment and culture driven by our values
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Experience within fashion or retail
Client facing experience
Past experience working in a ‘Start-Up’ environment
Experience managing a direct report or team
Interest in learning or past experience working closely with engineering teams and/or on product design
Salary
When we find the right person, we try to put our best foot forward with an offer that excites you and is fair on our end. We consider the skills and experience you bring, what similar jobs pay and make sure there’s equal pay for equal work among those you’ll be working with. The compensation amount for this role is targeted at $60,000 - $65,000. The final offer also takes into account other factors of a total compensation package. Please note that the range is being shared in good faith and is subject to modification based on changing market and business conditions.
