About Solace
Healthcare in the U.S. is fundamentally broken. The system is so complex that 88% of U.S. adults do not have the health literacy necessary to navigate it without help. Solace cuts through the red tape of healthcare by pairing patients with expert advocates and giving them the tools to make better decisions—and get better outcomes.
We're a Series C startup, founded in 2022 and backed by Inspired Capital, Craft Ventures, Torch Capital, Menlo Ventures, Signalfire, and IVP. Our U.S. based team is lean, mission-driven, and growing quickly.
Solace isn't a place to coast. We're here to redefine healthcare—and that demands urgency, precision, and heart. If you're looking to stretch yourself, sharpen your edge, and do the best work of your life alongside a team that cares deeply, you're in the right place. We’re intense, and we like it that way.

About the Role
Solace’s physicians perform a critical function, performing initial assessments, establishing relationships with our patients and acting as the entry point for Solace’s advocate services, and collaborating with the advocate team to ensure patients’ health and wellness goals are met.
We’re looking for a VP, Clinical Services and Executive Medical Director to lead and scale an expanding physician group at a rapidly growing company. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, this role serves as the principal operational physician executive responsible for the day-to-day clinical leadership of a telehealth physician workforce. This role will own performance management of the physician group, ensure an exemplary patient experience is provided and high quality and efficient clinical care is performed, and build the systems, governance structures, and team capabilities required to sustain those standards as the company grows. It is simultaneously a physician leadership role, a general management role, and a strategic partner role requiring fluency in clinical standards, organizational design, data-driven quality improvement, and cross-functional executive collaboration. This role will partner closely with other areas of the company including Product, Data, Marketing, Operations, and Clinical Recruiting.
This is a high visibility role that will lead Solace’s physicians through an unprecedented phase of growth.
