Accountabilities:

    • Provide strategic leadership across construction teams, ensuring operational excellence, cost control, and overall project profitability.
    • Oversee end-to-end delivery of high-value construction projects, from planning and resource allocation through execution and completion.
    • Develop detailed project programmes, including critical paths, milestones, and resource strategies across multiple European sites.
    • Coordinate logistics for international projects, including workforce planning, travel, accommodation, permits, and HSE compliance.
    • Ensure full compliance with design specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
    • Lead client and stakeholder engagement, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring consistent communication throughout project lifecycles.
    • Monitor and mitigate commercial and operational risks, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of issues.
    • Oversee documentation of site progress, reporting, and project governance to support informed decision-making at senior level.
    • Contribute to senior leadership discussions, providing strategic input and reporting to executive stakeholders.
    • Requirements:

      • Minimum 15 years of senior-level experience in construction project management or leadership roles within roofing, cladding, façade, or related building envelope sectors.
      • Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Construction Science, or equivalent technical discipline.
      • Proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale construction projects successfully across multiple sites or regions.
      • Strong technical knowledge of roofing, cladding, façade systems, construction methods, and health & safety regulations.
      • Solid commercial acumen, including budget management, cost control, and understanding of project profitability drivers.
      • Excellent leadership, team coordination, and stakeholder management skills in complex environments.
      • Strong organisational and planning abilities, with experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project is an advantage.
      • Highly client-focused, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
      • Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, international project environments.
      • Valid driver’s licence and fluency in English.
      • Based in the UK, Ireland, or Mainland Europe.
