Supervisor Maintenance

Where will you work: -K2, Esterhazy, Saskatchewan, Canada  

Shift schedule: - 5/5/4  

About the role

The Supervisor, Maintenance supervises and coordinates activities of maintenance in an industrial setting. Assists workers in troubleshooting equipment problems based on observations and applying knowledge of past experience.

What will you do?

  • Establish internal work standards and hold organization to the agreed standards.

  • Oversee the execution of all preventative maintenance and PM related jobs plans as per schedule.

  • Create the daily work schedule based on the weekly schedule and production outages.

  • Review Work Order Feedback to ensure it is accurate and complete and implement productivity improvement plans.

  • Strong in field presence overseeing the safe execution of maintenance orders following precision maintenance practices

  • Develop staff and motivate workforce for high-performance maintenance team

What do you need for this role?

  • High School/GED required. Technical Secondary School certificate in Industrial Mechanics or Electrical

  • Is highly preferred. 

  • 5+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience 

  • 5+ years of Maintenance experience 

  • SAP experience
