POSITION OBJECTIVEInstalls, maintains, diagnoses, and repairs systems that combine electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components—such as automated production lines and industrial equipment—to ensure optimal facility performance, minimize downtime (production stoppages), extend the service life of equipment, and comply with industry-established quality and safety standards.You will carry out technical research projects involving the installation of new sensors and equipment, as well as the preparation of project reports. LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES: Validation of new or existing equipment.Equipment upgradesCommunication with CFC support teamsResponsible for test setup and configurationMaterial changes in the cell (production or work cell)Support for the development teamEnsure that the molding cell is operating in accordance with molding parameters.Tracking purchase orders and communicating with suppliers.Adhering to BRP’s values and standards.Ensuring a safe work environment and taking responsibility for all mattersrelated to health and safety.Enforcing BRP’s quality policy. SKILLS: ToolsElectricalHydraulics and pneumaticsMeasuring instruments and power toolsMechanicsMicrosoft Office and Google EDUCATION: Technical career: Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, among others EXPERIENCE:3- 5 years in: Assembly operations and/or manufacturing processes LANGUAGE:Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.English advanced (Min. 80%) written speciallyFrench or german is an advantage.
