Blow Mold Machine Operator (2:30pm to 11pm)

We are looking for a Blow Mold Machine Operator to join our team in Racine, WI on a full-time basis. This role will be working with our blow molding machine on 2nd shift and ensuring products are made to specifications. What will your job involve?

• Trims excess material from molded product
• Regrinds excess material and unsatisfactory pieces for reuse using grinding machine
• Lifting 50 pounds throughout the day
• Weighs finished pieces to determine accuracy of machine operation
• Makes adjustments to machine controls to correct
• Assembles product utilizing punch machinery to insert metal components to plastic part
• Hand feeds metal component to punch machinery
• Packs boxes of finished parts. Adhering to safety codes and conduct
