This is a transactional, high velocity SMB sales role with short sales cycles and clear activity expectations. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting, running demos, managing pipeline, and closing new business.ResponsibilitiesProspect and generate new outbound opportunities with restaurants across the USOwn the sales process from first outreach through closeRun product demos and lead objection handling conversationsOperate in a short sales cycle environment, typically under 30 daysManage post demo pipeline with urgency and discipline to drive decisionsExecute high volume outbound activity including cold calling, email, and other outreach channels, with expectations of 50+ plus dials and 30+ plus emails per dayGenerate and run a high volume of meetingsPartner with Sales Operations and Restaurant Experience to ensure smooth handoff and partner successProvide feedback to improve sales strategy, tooling, and processConsistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and revenue goalsRequirements1 to 3 years of full cycle sales experience in a high volume, transactional SMB environmentExperience closing deals in short sales cyclesDemonstrated success in outbound heavy roles with clear activity expectationsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneouslyExperience using a CRM such as SalesforceNice to haves​​Experience with one call close selling motionsA passion for restaurants or a restaurant backgroundSpanish fluencyBenefits$103,000 OTE Stock optionsGenerous 401(k) matchComprehensive Healthcare, Dental, and Vision plans, including virtual care optionsPre-Tax Flexible FSA, Dependent Care FSACommuter BenefitsUp to 16 weeks of paid parental leaveUnlimited PTOWellhub Membership with access to thousands of gyms and studiosCiti Bike Monthly Membership$100 a month to spend at Seated restaurantsAt Seated, we welcome passionate people from all backgrounds, helping us to make dining experiences more accessible & rewarding.
