Reporting to the Lead Materials Coordinator, this role ensures accurate inventory tracking, timely supply of parts, and smooth logistics operations that keep fleet operations running without disruption. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in preventing delays or shortages.Key ResponsibilitiesInventory and Materials ManagementMaintain accurate records of vehicle and OEM parts inventory.Support operation and continuous improvement of the parts tracking system.Receive, label, store, and distribute parts in alignment with operational needs.Logistics and Vendor CoordinationCoordinate with suppliers and vendors on orders, deliveries, and returns.Assist in monitoring inventory levels and flagging potential shortages or excess stock.Operational SupportHelp streamline warehousing and logistics processes to ensure efficiency.Partner with operations and engineering teams to ensure timely parts availability.Follow best practices for inventory handling and control.Safety and ComplianceEnsure safe storage, handling, and disposal of hazardous materials in compliance with applicable regulations.Required Qualifications2–3 years of experience in materials coordination,...
