Que tal fazer parte do nosso time?Local Principal: Brasil (BR) - São Paulo  - Indaiatuba  Função: Technology (CA)Título: Engineering Manager - Product Discovery and Product Management - Indaiatuba/SP - 122127Major Purpose As a Engineering Manager for John Deere Brasil in Indaiatuba/SP, you will lead a team responsible for building modern, scalable solutions that empower teams to discover customer needs, manage product investments, and make data-informed decisions across the enterprise. In this role, you will partner closely with Product Management, User Experience, Delivery, and Architecture leaders to deliver user-centered platforms and capabilities that enable product teams to identify opportunities/discover, prioritize work, and measure outcomes. We are seeking a leader who is passionate about developing engineering solutions and talent, fostering high-performing teams, and driving technical excellence while delivering meaningful business value. The ideal candidate combines strong people leadership with a product mindset and a commitment to building solutions that improve how products are discovered, managed, and delivered.  Major Duties Lead, coach, and develop a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.Partner with Product Managers, UX leaders, and Architects to define and deliver solutions that support product discovery, experimentation, roadmapping, and customer insights.Establish engineering best practices, including quality, reliability, security, test automation, CI/CD, and operational excellence.Familiarity with AI-assisted development, analytics platformsSupport strategic planning, technical roadmaps, and prioritization of engineering work aligned to business objectives.Remove organizational and technical impediments that prevent teams from delivering value efficiently.Drive technical decision-making and architectural alignment across platforms and services.Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards.Recruit, retain, and develop top engineering talent while building a strong leadership pipeline.Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and customer-centric product development.Monitor delivery outcomes, team health, and engineering effectiveness to improve performance and predictability.Monitor delivery outcomes, team health, and engineering effectiveness to improve performance and predictability.  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field;Advanced English: extensive vocabulary, strong grammar; conducts meetings, presents arguments, negotiates, and delivers training;Experience leading software engineering teams in Agile product environments;Demonstrated success developing and coaching engineers and technical leaders;Strong understanding of modern software development practices, cloud-native architectures, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and platform engineering;Experience partnering with Product Managers, UX professionals, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions;Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical leadership;Experience with product discovery methodologies, experimentation, customer research, and data-driven decision-making;Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across technical and non-technical audiences;Experience leading distributed or global teams.
