As Talent Manager, you’ll own the full expert lifecycle — sourcing, vetting, testing, onboarding, and database management — ensuring LILT always has the right expert talent, in the right languages and disciplines, ready to support enterprise-scale multilingual and multimodal AI programs.This is a generalist role at the center of how we build and grow our expert talent pool. You’ll run internal and external sourcing campaigns, design and administer testing that keeps our quality bar high, and make sure every new expert is onboarded smoothly and reflected accurately in our systems. Reporting to the Director, Talent & Community, you’ll work closely with Production, Quality, and Revenue stakeholders across the business.What You'll DoOwn internal and external sourcing campaigns to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of expert linguists and AI data specialists across languages and disciplines.Design, administer, and score vetting and testing assessments that evaluate candidate quality and fit before onboarding.Manage end-to-end onboarding for new experts, ensuring materials and processes deliver a smooth, professional experience and desired outcomes.Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the expert database to support fast, reliable assignment decisions.Liaise with Production and Revenue stakeholders to align sourcing plans with account and project requirements.Analyze pipeline and database data to identify sourcing gaps across accounts and disciplines, and use it to inform recruitment plans.Partner with team members to ensure a smooth, timely candidate experience from application through onboarding.Look for opportunities to streamline and improve sourcing, vetting, and onboarding processes, and provide ongoing training and support to junior team members.What You'll BringExperience in Applied AI (e.g., AI data sourcing, model evaluation, human-in-the-loop programs) and/or localization vendor management — recruiting, vetting, and onboarding linguists or other language professionals.A track record running large-scale multilingual projects across multimodal disciplines (text, audio, image, and video).Solid organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize competing demands under deadline pressure.Professional-level English; additional languages are a plus.Bachelor’s degree required.Nice to Have2+ years in a recruiting, sourcing, vendor management, or talent acquisition role, ideally within localization, language services, or AI data.AI is changing how the world communicates — and LILT is leading that transformation.LILT's mission is to make the world's information available to everyone, no matter the language they speak.
