As an  Sales Administrative Assistant, you’re not just supporting the hotel’s sales strategy – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

    • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations.
    • Enter and update customer information in databases or CRM systems.
    • Generate sales reports and commercial statistics.
    • Track purchase orders, contracts, and sales documentation.
    • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for the sales team.
    • Respond to customer calls, emails, and inquiries.
    • Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
    • Support invoicing, payment tracking, and collections when required.
    • Maintain organized physical and digital records.
    • Coordinate communication between the sales team, operations, and other departments.
