- Carrying out service calls, repairs, breakdown response, and routine preventative maintenance
- Diagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions
- Completing all required service documentation and reports accurately and on time
- Maintaining strong customer relationships and providing a high level of service
- Identifying opportunities for additional maintenance or improvement works
- Supporting and mentoring apprentices through ongoing training and development
- Communicating with the Service Coordinator throughout the day regarding job status and completion
- Identifying workplace hazards and maintaining a safe work environment
- Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with company procedures and industry standards
- Participating in the on-call roster as required
- Trade qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or Mechanical Services
- Current ARC Refrigerant Handling Licence (essential)
- Restricted Electrical Licence (essential)
- Current White Card (essential)
- Current Australian Driver's Licence (essential)
- Previous experience servicing and maintaining commercial HVAC systems
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
- Ability to mentor apprentices and support team development
- Full working rights in Australia (essential)
