Accountabilities:
- Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing global engineering teams across multiple locations and functions.
- Define and execute engineering strategy, architecture direction, and technology roadmaps aligned with company priorities.
- Drive AI-native engineering practices that improve developer productivity, product quality, and innovation velocity.
- Own end-to-end engineering delivery, including scalability, performance, security, reliability, and operational excellence.
- Establish strong engineering standards, governance frameworks, and data-driven decision-making processes.
- Partner closely with Product, Business, and Executive teams to translate customer needs into impactful technology outcomes.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across engineering teams.
- Attract, develop, and retain exceptional engineering talent while building a sustainable leadership pipeline.
- Champion modern cloud-native approaches and ensure engineering practices evolve with emerging technologies.
- Support the delivery of AI-powered enterprise solutions that solve complex customer challenges at global scale.
- Proven experience in senior engineering leadership roles such as VP, SVP Engineering, CTO, or equivalent within SaaS, enterprise software, or technology-driven organizations.
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering, including at least 7 years leading large engineering teams.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling cloud-native SaaS platforms or AI-powered products.
- Strong technical expertise with the ability to influence architecture decisions, engineering practices, and technology strategy.
- Experience leading global, distributed engineering organizations across multiple regions.
- Strategic mindset with strong commercial awareness and a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Passion for artificial intelligence, automation, and modern software development practices.
- Ability to balance long-term technology vision with hands-on execution and operational discipline.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executives and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience in industrial technology, sustainability, operational intelligence, enterprise platforms, cybersecurity, or complex integration ecosystems is a plus.
- Competitive salary range of $230,000 - $350,000 plus a 30% bonus opportunity.
