This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, AI & 3rd Party Products based in Canada.

This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, enterprise SaaS platforms, and applied AI, focused on transforming how large organizations manage real estate operations and sustainability performance. You will own two high-impact domains—occupancy planning and environmental sustainability—shaping how complex enterprise workflows are executed through both third-party systems and AI-driven enhancements. The position requires strong product leadership across data-heavy, integration-intensive environments where decisions directly influence client outcomes at scale. You will define roadmaps, translate business needs into executable product requirements, and ensure alignment across engineering, vendors, and internal stakeholders. In addition, you will explore and prototype AI-powered capabilities that extend and enhance existing platforms. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role where product ownership, technical fluency, and innovation converge.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will own product direction and execution across third-party platforms and AI-enabled workflows, ensuring measurable business and client impact.

    • Define and manage the product roadmap for occupancy planning and sustainability platforms, translating stakeholder input into clear, executable priorities.
    • Conduct discovery sessions with enterprise clients, operations teams, and internal stakeholders to identify workflow challenges and validate product direction.
    • Oversee and govern third-party platforms, including vendor management, configuration oversight, roadmap alignment, and enhancement prioritization.
    • Design and validate AI-driven product enhancements by building prototypes and identifying agentic AI use cases in collaboration with engineering teams.
    • Write detailed integration and technical specifications for APIs, data pipelines, and system architecture to guide engineering execution.
    • Define KPIs and success metrics for product initiatives and communicate performance outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
    • Act as the key connector between business teams, engineering, analytics, and external vendors to ensure cohesive product delivery.
    • Requirements

The ideal candidate combines strong enterprise product management experience with technical fluency and exposure to AI-driven product development.

      • 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS environments, ideally with complex, integration-heavy systems.
      • Proven experience managing third-party platforms, including vendor governance, buy/build decisions, and roadmap coordination.
      • Strong background working with engineering and data teams to deliver scalable, user-focused product features.
      • Hands-on experience with AI product development, including LLM-based workflows, agentic use cases, or prototype development.
      • Strong technical understanding of APIs, data models, integration architecture, and cloud-based platforms (e.g., Azure, Databricks, or similar).
      • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear communication for executive and client stakeholders.
      • Experience working across cross-functional teams and influencing outcomes without direct ownership of all execution streams.
      • Preferred: exposure to ESG, sustainability, or enterprise real estate technology ecosystems.
      • Benefits

        • Competitive compensation package estimated between $180,000 and $250,000 USD annually, depending on experience and location.
        • Eligibility for discretionary bonuses and additional performance-based compensation.
        • Remote-first flexibility based in Toronto, Canada.
        • Opportunity to shape high-impact AI and enterprise SaaS products at scale.
        • Exposure to advanced AI technologies, including LLMs and agentic workflows.
        • Collaborative environment working with global enterprise clients and cross-functional teams.
        • Strong focus on innovation, professional growth, and ownership of meaningful product outcomes.
