Our work spans areas such as model training, reinforcement learning, reasoning systems, and infrastructure for large-scale experiments. Our team includes researchers and engineers from Anthropic, Google DeepMind, xAI, OpenAI, Microsoft, Apple, and MIT.The RoleWe are looking for a Security Engineer. You'll work across cloud infrastructure, ML systems, and product surfaces to ensure privacy and security measures. Some example areas you might work on (not limited to):Design and implement measures to protect against external threatsDesign and implement protective measures around data transfer, external attacks, secret management, identity verificationArchitect systems that protect sensitive assets including model weights, customer data, and training datasetsBuild secure sandboxed execution environments for AI-generated code and agentic workflowsDevelop frameworks for safely handling AI agent interactions with external systems and toolsIf you're excited about solving security problems at the frontier of AI - where the threat surface is novel and the stakes are high - we'd love to hear from you.We offer a base salary of $350,000–$500,000 USD and a meaningful equity grant, depending on experience and background, along with competitive benefits.Apply for this Job
