The Learning and Development Analyst is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving learning programs that drive performance, operational consistency, and scalable capability across Contracts and Operations teams. This role leads moderately complex initiatives, responds to operational learning needs surfaced through ticket data, and uses measurement frameworks to demonstrate learning impact and inform prioritization.

This position reports to the Director, Operations Excellence Client Services and is part of the Client Services organization, located in Brea, CA, and will be an on‑site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Respond to operations support tickets and enablement requests by assessing issues, identifying root causes, partnering with subject matter experts, and developing targeted solutions (e.g., job aids, microlearning, process updates, system guidance, or training enhancements)
  • Support the design and delivery of instructor led, virtual, and self paced learning experiences aligned to operational workflows and business priorities; Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, playbooks, and process documentation to support onboarding, ongoing learning, and performance in the flow of work
  • Partner with operations and project teams to support change initiatives, including process updates, system implementations, and new ways of working, ensuring effective adoption and sustained behavior change
  • Proactively identify trends and recurring issues from ticket data, feedback, and performance metrics to recommend scalable learning and enablement solutions that improve operational consistency and reduce future demand; Track and report on the effectiveness of learning and enablement solutions using defined measures such as repeat ticket frequency, resolution trends, learner confidence, adoption metrics, and post-training assessments
  • Support training logistics, scheduling, and execution for onboarding and continuous learning programs

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience supporting learning, enablement, operations, or process documentation initiatives (learning & development experience)
  • Ability to work with operational systems, documentation tools, and learning platforms as required by the role
  • Ability to assess performance gaps and recommend appropriate solutions (training, job aids, process updates, or communication strategies)
  • Strong stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to partner with SMEs, operations leaders, and project teams to deliver aligned solutions

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Learning technology platforms, LMS administration, or eLearning development tools
  • Cross functional operations, contracts, or client services organizations
  • Experience supporting change management or driving adoption of new processes, systems, or tools

The annual salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,0000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
