Skills and CompetenciesMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in financial markets preferredFluent in English and Mandarin, with strong verbal and written communication skillsProactive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a strong learning mindsetStrong team player with good interpersonal skills and ability to engage with clientsProficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Bloomberg and Wind is advantageousStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with ability to multitask and work under pressureBasic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.Education University graduate requiredResponsibilitiesActing as an integral role in the relationship management efforts for existing clients and prospects in Northern ChinaPlanning and execution of relationship management programsCollaborating closely with Relationship Managers and assisting in managing client enquiries and engagement related mattersLiaising with various internal departments (including analytical team, legal team, and other supporting functions)Liaising with KYC team for all Chinese clients’ KYC/AML related mattersAssisting in the preparation of presentations for clients, coordinating client and intermediary meetings, drafting post meeting records and follow up requestsAssisting RM in drafting procurement document and work with internal parties to win the businessManaging and updating internal systems and other relationship management tools.
